Your Working Pattern:

Continental shift pattern with 2 week rotation from morning and evening shift to evening and night shift.

Your Responsibilities 

You will be working as part of the production team, in an automated environment where you will manufacture and produce products in a safe and timely manner to the highest quality. You will be working on a variety of production lines.

Typical activities will vary according to the specific department where the individual works but will include:

• Separating products based on quality assessments
• Identify problems and make corrective adjustments to maintain a consistent quality product
• Assist in the setup and operating of tooling and extrusion equipment
• Produce lengths of uPVC window/door frames (known as profile)
• Carrying out daily checks on machines, reporting faults and follow-up repairs
• Cleaning and maintaining your own working area
• Completing the batch/production record sheets and associated paperwork
• Maintaining all aspects of health and safety in line with training and work area
• Maintaining efficiency and meeting targets
