We are seeking 2 x Team Leaders at our Steeple Site, Antrin.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Responsibility for team performance
• Ensuring team achieve targets set
• Ensuring that work practices adhere to quality standards and processes
• Measuring performance of team members
• Identifying training needs of team members
• Offering support and advice to team members
• Ensuring compliance with H&S requirements within the team and work practices
• Identification of issues that may rise throughout the production process and liaise with Management, direct reports and other departments to rectify these issues
• Communicate clearly with Management on targets, issues, guidelines, and daily requirements
• Ensure all work is cleared at the end of day
• Assist with resolving issues
